Cool screenshot I got of Orela looking down into the basement during Dredge's Nightfall. Dead by Daylight doesn't often have pretty moments like this, so I thought it was neat!

Back in my "Moving" post, I mentioned I'd give a months notice before shutting down this comm. Given that post was in 2019, and 2023 is almost over, now...

Hello, hello! Results from the community question post + some DMs to the mod have tipped in favor of moving to a general horror fan comm.

This comm will stay up during & after the new comm is created, for a few months. If I decide to delete this comm, I'll give a month's notice! If you'd like to take over this comm, DM me & we'll see if we can transfer mod-ship!

Hello, hello! Got a question about the future of this community.

Sure you noticed it's a little dead around here ... Part of that is the mod being busy, but part of that is a lack of content. Can think of one big way to fix that, or at least take some stress out of it, and here's the question:

Should the mod make a general Horror Fan Community (games, shows, books, etc.) and shut this one down?

Should the mod keep to this Horror Game Community, as it is now (specific to games only.)?

Personally, leaning towards making a general Horror Fan Comm, because I have a lot more content I could post to it & hoping it'll encourage more member posts. (Would crosspost what little we have here, if so.) This comm is still young, pretty sleepy, figured it'd be the time to make a switch like this. However, this is a community, so we all have input. Please vote in the comments!

REC | Surreal, disturbing, and humorous - this weird little game is rightfully regarded as a classic! The visuals, music, and writing create a charmingly strange atmosphere. Summaries don't do it justice - it's an experience. & it's gotten a new English translation that adds some new flare! There's tons of Let's Plays of previous versions, as well, so that's an option =)
